Searching for a coach in U.S property buying near Laval, QC

I`m interested in
investing in U.S properties, but it would be my first investment, So I would
need someone to help me with the task.




I`m leaving in Laval,
QC so I`m searching for REIN member in the Montreal area, QC who could
possibly coach me.




So far, the closer
coach that I see that could help are in alberta, BC and Ontario, which is quite
far for coaching.




Is there someone close to my area who are already investing in the US or who know someone that could help me with the task.
