Seller lead in Brooks

I have a lead from a seller on a property in Brooks Alberta. Seller is looking for a quick sale and I believe from the info I have there is potential for profit but I am not familiar with the Brooks market. If you live in Brooks e-mail me and I can send you the info.

Hey Marc...no the house is in town so there`s no quonset or pool.
