`wealthyboomer` provided an interesting article in another post: http://www.aaron.ca/columns/2008-07-26.htm
An offer I put was accepted but the seller has not provided the SPIS as he should have based on the agreement.
Should I insist he provide a SPIS report or based on the article - if it really should no longer be a requirement, not let this kill the deal?
same question regarding the same seller providing an expense summary instead of the actual utility bills (suspicious or not a big deal?)
I guess insurance is the main concern, is the seller hiding something the inspection did not reveal etc. is always the question(?)
THANKS.
Neil
