Smart Key

I have started installing Smart key locks on all of my properties once the tenants move out. The benefit is that you install this lock once and then with a simple pin like device re key to another key every time new tenant moves in. Obviously there is an innitial investment ($45 ), but after that it is simple, fast and really easy. You just need to keep a supply of keys to recycle and rotate among all your properties.
They sell this system in RONA - it would be great if they can give us a special pricing on this.
