I am looking for R.E.I.N members interested in the Southwestern part of Ontario for Commercial Real Estate Investment.
This is a project to renovate. NOT a cash-flow situation.
Maybe there is a contractor or builder out there interested in this kind of project.
On main busy street of this trendy artsy town.
Two buildings. One two story, the other 3 story.
Ground floor retail/commercial.
Floors above NEVER touched since 1880` or so
Could be converted in lofts, or smaller lofts/condos.

Already did a project like this one, and now those small condos are selling very well.
