Has anyone had any involvement with Steve Martel, he is currently trying to sell turn key investment condo's in Phoneix for under $50,000. I attended a webinar the other night that he was hosting.
Basicaly he says buy a condo for $40,000 get rental income and that is about it. So I am skeptical.
I buddy of mine has had dealing with him , he say she is legit, but I do wander. Your input is welcomed.
