Stony Plain

What do you guys think of the surrounding areas of Stony Plain as far as future developments go? I pulled up the city`s master plan on their website and they seem very business/developer friendly. Any insights would be appreciated!

We own property in Stony Plain and I feel that the whole Spruce Grove/Stony Plain region will be a very desirable place to invest over the next 5 years.

Properties are fairly new so it may be tough to find cashflow, but it`s a great spot for people looking to escape the city and work on the west side or downtown.
