Student licensing laws.

Hi Everyone,

I`m interested in a freehold townhouse in a residential area of Cambridge that has student renters.I wanted to know if anyone is familiar with student housing laws.....Does the area need to be zoned student housing?What are the occupancy bylaws per unit?What type of license is required and how much would it cost?
