Tax Set Up For OFF TITLE JV Agreement

Hey Guys,
Just curious as to how some of you set up your JV agreements for tax purposes when you're an off title partner but more importantly, how do you file your taxes? Or do you? All of my JV's so far have been ON title so it's been fairly straight forward, but I'm now doing a few OFF title partnerships.

It matters not if you're on or off title. What matters is beneficial ownership, not legal ownership.
