I am not a REIN member so I not sure I can ask question and get answer in this forums
Me story is about termites in Toronto.
We have town house which is rent, recently we decided to sell the town house, as part of the selling process we renovate the house.
After we renovation done we start cleaning the house during our cleaning we notice there are tunnel in the wall basement , doing same more investigation on this we suspect it is termites we call past control company which confirm it and spray the house they also provide us with 1 year full guaranty on their work.
The problem has been solved; as I`m moving forward with the selling process do I need to inform potential buyers and my real estate agent about this incident.
