I`ve just taken ownership of a multi-res property in Hamilton.
I`ve asked the existing Super. to remain in his capacity. I`m now drafting Terms, Conditions and Responsibilities for the Super.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what should be included ?
I`m hoping to hear back on `lessons learned` and some wisdom gained.
