Hi guys!
I want to thank the REIN community for the privilege of their business during the 2008 year. I am happy to say that nearly half of the houses I sold in `08 were to REIN clients and every one of them was a pleasure to work with!
Also, a special thanks to the regular posters on the forums and those that continually work to keep the REIN community appraised of all things important to our business. This forum is truly unique and I learn something new every time I come here.
So, in keeping with the spirit of giving I have to give something back to the community that has given so much to me!
To go along with my recent post on local economics I am willing to go one step further. As a CREB member and licensed agent in Calgary I have access to all historical sales data for every property sold on the Calgary MLS. Since setting the market value for a property depends on actual, real sales in the area I will happily provide these comps to anyone that provides me with the following:
1. The address of the property you want comps for
2. An email address I can email the results to.
Also, if you like, I will set up a recurring search to send you any sales or new listings within a 200m radius of the address you want info for. This should hopefully keep you right on top of what`s going on with your Calgary investment portfolio and give you the true data rather than the generalities that populate the news media these days.
I leave for holidays between the 24th and 28th, so bear with me through that
