Hello - has anyone had any experience with investing in the Trail, BC area lately?
If you have any insights into that area, what are they? I am thinking of investing there within the next few months, and want to find out more - like is the population growing, or has anyone managed to sell a rehab at a good price there, or did it just sit on the market for months and months....
