Last year, I had a wonderful program where I offered furnished units to folks working out of the union halls in Edmonton. Crazy PCF...I got spoiled in Fort McMoney!!! As we all know the LOA has dried up, hence my program does not exist!
My problem; And I have being working this for three/four months. All my units are furnished. Do I convert back to rentals and write my furniture off.( give away) Like you REIN members, I scan the current rental market and have noticed that rents have dropped substantially in the last six months. So even offering furniture with amenities is not working. to much work for ROI!! I do tons of internet marketing and signage.
I would love feedback from REIN members. I`ve targeted doctors, engineers, nurses, insurance companies, new immigrants, working professionals. My units are NE Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan
