Virtual Assistant and 1-800 numbers

I have been looking into getting a 1-800 number lately and came across this service...http://www.katewwdb.com/home.aspx CommuniKate. It gives you a 1-800, fax line and virtual assistant along with some other features including video conferencing which I think is great!

Is anyone using this service?

Can you recommend anything else?

I would really like a call routing voice mail. e.g. if you want to sell your home push 1 if you want to rent a home push 2 etc etc.

I use http://grasshopper.com/ and is great. Very customizable and not costly.

Hi Wade,

We have ours through Telus. They can do anything you need including conference calling and things like that.

Not that expensive to set up but you will pay by minute for time spent on the 1-800 number and faxes.
