Hi everyone,
We are in search of JV (money) partners for 20+ acres of agricultural land on a major hi-way in upcoming Munro International Airport district, Hamilton, ON to be re-zoned into multi-residential and commercial uses. A local developer and engineering firm are interested to work with us to gain approval from the City. While working on re-zoning, we are tapping local farmers and establishments for short term lease to help pay for the mortgage.
