wasps - whose responsibility are they?

Hello,

Just wondering whose responsibility wasps are when the tenant is responsible for the yard. To me they are something I, as a tenant, would just get rid of myself. However, my PM says it`s the landlord`s responsibility.

We always take care of bees nests for tenants.
If a trees fall down the property and the tenants lease say they`re to deal with this stuff and they don`t, you`d still go and get the tree cleaned up and removed right ?

The cost for a service like this is minimal. Take care of this and you will have happier customers and less issues in the future
