I am international buyer interested in purchasing a multi-family property in Welland Ontario (Niagara Region). I have heard real estate there is affordable and provides excellent cash flow. My son will be attending Niagara College in the January 2018 session, so he can live in and maintain the property while completing his studies. He will be on student visa. His program is for 2 years.
