What about Spruce Grove?

Has anyone done any research on the rental shortage in Spruce Grove? I was there over the weekend, and after talking to a few people in the real estate business, they are saying that there is a waiting list for rental properties. There are alot of homes/condos/townhouses for sale though. Anyone have any insight on this?

We have property in Spruce Grove and Stony Plain and feel it is an excellent place to invest. Very close to Edmonton and people moving there to escape the city life...ie. the ripple effect
