I know someone that is moving to Alberta from the East and is looking for a rent-to-own opportunity. Does anyone have any information or guidance as to where to look for rent-to-own opportunities? And, strong preference for houses outside Calgary, but not in Airdrie, nor to the East of Calgary. (Or, if anyone has property that may be of interest please contact me.)
