Does anyone know if co signing a lease for someone else will show up on your credit file? Just curious...

As far as I know, I do not see that happening. it has no bearing on your `credit status` you are just agreeing that you will take responsibility should the asignee not pay.

It would depend on what kind of lease. If it is for a vehicle, then likely yes. If it is for property then likely no.
