Yellow Letters to Condos?

Hi All,

I live in Vancouver and as you know there are many apartment buildings around here, pretty and ugly. Would you send the yellow letters to condos? I got the impression that the yellow letters had to be sent to just detached units.

Any thoughts?

few motivated apartment building owners in Vancouver .. but if you find a deal and can`t close let me know .. be prepared to pay top dollars in Vancouver .. slightly but not much better in Burnaby, Surrey, NewWest, North-Van ...
