Thank you Team REIN for your help/advice. I'm placing an offer on my (potential) first investment property and your advice helped me get there! ( Please keep posting on the public forum -until I can afford a membership !) Whether the deal goes or not, ya gotta eventually 'act', so that's what I'm doing.

Well that first offer didn't get accepted, but one year later one finally did. Yes, it's important to keep plugging away! First investment property has arrived!
