Insurance Brokers

Anyone got a line on a good insurance broker? I'm looking to buy a non-owner occupied legal fourplex in Warman or Martensville (bedroom communities north of Saskatoon) and feel like insurance might be a good idea.

Thank you for your recommendation. Can you tell me if you've ever submitted a claim to them? I would think that's when you find out just how good your insurance company really is.

No I did not have any claims, however they are just the broker, so it really depends on the individual company they chose, but to be fair dealing with any company about a claim is a pain.

The Beyers family owns a significant amount of real estate locally. At the very least they've got that going for them. Nice people too.
