    Condo board charge back (Edmonton).

Hi Thomas. Thanks for the reply. I tracked down a board member that's home during the day and he'll provide the key to the contractor for me.

    Condo board charge back (Edmonton).

Can a condominium property manager, on behalf of the condo board, force access to a unit for maintenance and charge back any expense associated with forcing that access to the unit owner? For example, each owner in the complex receives a notice from the PM stating that a contractor will be...

How To Find The Property Owner?

If you've got a name and assuming it's not something common like James Smith, I'd start with 411 and see if the owner has a listed number. Plug the name into Google and into Facebook and see if something hits. Also search for the address on Google. You might find an outdated listing or...

    Edmonton PM for short-term/executive rental?

An acquaintance asked me for a referral for a property manager in Edmonton that specializes in short-term and/or executive rentals and I've come up blank. Is there anyone you can recommend?

    Edmonton Arena District

While I can`t speak with to the impact that the Saddledome had on downtown Calgary, I think the Coliseum contributed to a substantial amount of development in the Edmonton area. Unfortunately, the residents in the surrounding neighbourhoods aren`t the ones that have benefited from said...

    Uncooperative board members.

I'm the president of a small, three member condo board here in Edmonton. The complex is currently in the process of moving from one property manager to another and as such, there are a few little tasks that the board needs to complete as we make this change. The current challenge is getting...
