Please bear in mind this is a common question and most of the time the wrong answer is given. The right answer is to find someone who you feel is right for you, also owns investment property's, and can help you achieve your goals. When I see the same name come up, that realtor usually works with several if not dozens of investors, and unless you are well organized and have a ton of cash, there are likely many ahead of you who will get the best listings before you even see them. There are no shortcuts in acquisitions, do your homework and know exactly what your looking for before you begin your search. Realtors are only one of many ways to source out winning properties.
