What's The Current Top Ten Cities List In Ontario?

Does anyone know what is the current top ten cities list in Ontario to invest in for rental properties (not for principle residence ownership). I would imagine that such places would have to have relatively low vacancy rates plus high rental market demand.

Any city in ON needs rental housing. The trick is to be able to hold given rent levels and prices. That doesn’t work well in large cities anymore but often does in medium to smaller towns.

Look for in-migration, attractiveness and a hospital nearby.
