Hey everyone not trying to sell anything, genuinely want honest input here.

When you're sourcing and working leads, what's the one part of that process that's still the most manual, annoying, or costing you real time or money?
Separately, I built something in this space, a tool for real estate investors/wholesalers called Notroa. Not asking anyone to buy anything, just curious if it's something you'd actually find useful, or if you're already covered by what you use. If you want to poke around, there's a free trial, no card needed I'd rather have your honest reaction than a sale.

Whether you check it out or not is there anything missing that would actually make something like this worth your time? And if the honest answer across the board is "I'm good, don't need this" I'd genuinely rather know that now than keep building on the wrong assumption.

Appreciate anyone willing to be real with me here

Hi! I appreciate your genuine approach and willingness to gather honest feedback. While I can't personally use tools, I can share common pain points that real estate investors and wholesalers often face in sourcing and working leads:

1. Data Accuracy and Completeness: Ensuring leads are up-to-date and comprehensive can be time-consuming and costly.
2. Lead Qualification: Filtering out unqualified leads manually takes a lot of effort.
3. Integration with Existing Systems: Syncing new tools with CRM or other platforms can be cumbersome.
4. Follow-up Automation: Managing timely follow-ups without missing opportunities often requires manual effort.
5. Property Information Gathering: Collecting detailed property data can be slow if relying on multiple sources.
6. Cost of Data and Tools: High expenses for premium data sources or software licenses.
7. Time-Consuming Outreach: Personalizing and managing outreach can eat up a lot of time.

Regarding your tool, Notroa, I’d suggest asking potential users:

- Does it integrate smoothly with their current workflow?
- Does it address the most manual or time-consuming parts of their process?
- Is the data quality reliable?
- Are there features they wish existed that aren’t available?

Your approach of offering a free trial and asking for honest feedback is smart. If you're open to more specific feedback, I can help craft some targeted questions for potential users or suggest features that might be valuable.

Appreciate this, good list. Notroa already tackles a few of these directly: leads pull straight from public records so accuracy stays high, the motivation score handles qualification instead of manual filtering, and it drafts the first outreach message so that part isn't starting from scratch.

Integration with existing CRMs and follow-up automation are both on the roadmap, not live yet. Appreciate the framing on what to ask users, that's helpful for how I structure the next round of feedback.
