    US Likes our OIL?

Wow, it appears that our oil is acceptable and safe, who would have thought. Glad to see the light coming on for those from the US. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/edmonton/story/20...sands-tour.html

QUOTE (wgraham @ Sep 14 2010, 09:49 AM) Well I must admit I hesitate to put this latest blog post on here as it about to bash a few investors but I honestly think this is the road block holding up most people from being "successful" in real estate! So please don`t take offence I posted this...

QUOTE (dplummer @ Jun 15 2010, 07:45 PM) Do you have a sump pump? Sometimes you can convince the Insurance Co that though it was ground water the water flow was so great that the sump pump failed to keep up. Check out www.cdrg.ca & see if they have a member in your area. A...

QUOTE (dplummer @ Jun 15 2010, 07:51 PM) I had a customer who had water seepage through the foundation that eventually caused a mould situation. Insurance company didn`t cover it. The Title Insurance did as the previous owners did not get the required permits or inspections for the addition...

    Title Insurance

Has anyone had any experience using title insurance? Does it cover if a previous owner failed to get proper development permits and inspections done on a basement development. We have had a flood and our insurance won`t cover it. Flood was due to "ground water seepage".
