Check with your city by-law office to find out all that is required. Make sure you tell them also that it must be taken down for winter. We don't need that freezing up and causing damage.
Guarantor should state that they are guaranteeing all of the obligations of the tenant in the attached lease shown as Schedule A. Then just attach the lease to the guarantee and call it Schedule A
