Hi guys,
I am offering three of our properties up for partnership.
- All three are in Tier 1 areas highlighted by the REIN transportation report for Calgary. According to REIN, these communities should do 10-20% better than the rest of Calgary which is already a top performer nationwide. Two are detached homes and one is an attached bungalow but all are in quiet low traffic areas with good neighbors.
- No property management fees as each property is self managed by my partner and I.
- No qualification needed as we have nice and cheap financing already arranged for all three.
- We offer 50% off realtor fees if and when we decide to sell (I`m an agent and pass this service on to our partnerships free of charge)
Entry prices range from $90k to $150k and cash flows range from $150/mo to $950/mo. We are offering the standard 50% of each deal however we will do a sliding scale on one of the properties (put up half the cash get half the 50% return etc)
Of course I have detailed feature sheets that have all the numbers and break down all the specifics for each property. As with all real estate each of these deals has its own little story (why we bought it, why it`s a good deal etc) and I am of course happy to answer any and all questions you have.
