Affordable Insurance for 4 plexes

Hello all,

My insurances on 4 plexes seem to have gone up quite a bit year after year. According to my broker it's hard to find any underwriters willing to insure this type of multifamily.

Is there anyone that can shine some light on this and share their knowledge.

How did you make out with the quote? Cheaper or more expensive? Better coverage?

I was blown away with the difference in premiums as well as coverage through Park insurances
I had everything converted within 2 weeks after the initial post on this forum.
So I should really thank everyone for sharing their knowledge.

I was an online member when I had 3 properties and I found the insurance savings paid my membership dues easily.....so that made joining REIN a no brainer if it wasn't already.
