Does anyone happen to have a short info sheet made up to provide to a seller if they ask how an agreement for sale works?

To answer your question: An Agreement For Sale (AFS) is really a glorified "Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract" with the addition of some "creative" terms. These terms can include "Seller Financing" and or a "Deferred" (sometime in the future not 30 or 60 days) closing date.
