After Hours Call Service

I've searched past posts with no luck on this topic....



Is anyone out there in REIN world working with a call answering service? I'm looking for a reputable, established firm to handle my after hours maintenance calls - preferably with some ability to screen emergencies. Anyone have a recommendation?

I have an associate in Vancouver that manages a call center called Tigertel. The Vancouver office is well run. They have an office in Toronto that you could contact.

They aren't going to manage your property for you. You will go from getting calls from your tenants to getting emails / texts from the call center. Property management companies troubleshoot problems after hours and co-ordinate solutions. Call centers don't.

@ Brett - I would never assume that a call centre could manage property. That would be a recipe for disaster...
