Hi REINers
In Scarbobough, Ont, there is an new urban project called `Warden corridor revitalization` is going on, it`s located at the east side of Warden, stretches from Danforth RD, to the north upside of St. Clair. Very beautiful and nice planned community will be built up there. However, if you go cross the Warden and visit these public housing area right at the west side you`ll be finding very discourging. So my question for these who`re familar with that area: is that an area that qualifies as a transitioning neiboughood with good potential for good rental income and/or good value appreciation, or its a place that can not re-built with new reputation thus an investor should avoid?
Don talked very high about Scrborough and I`m kind agree, but just want to make sure I land on a goldmine, not landmine, asyou know, they are so mixed up all together.
