Any great contractors or property managers in Edmonton?

Hello out there

Would someone know of a great and financially fiscal contractor who provides great value and work in the Edmonton area regarding renovations for rental houses and apartments? Also a property manager? If you are able to provide that would be most helpful.... sometimes when people have great contractors or managers they are concerned they may lose them.. trust enough work for all people...
