Anybody in Cold Lake Alberta?

Hi everybody, this is my very first post!!



I live in Cold Lake Alberta and plan to buy my first rental property in the local area within the next couple of months (finally have the 20% down payment saved, YAY!) I am hoping to buy both sides of a newer duplex, or possibly just 2 single family homes.



Anyway, just wondering if there are any members on here from Cold Lake, or people who invest in Cold Lake that might have some tips for me. Looking for a local realtor as well so if there are any recommendations there would love to hear it.
