anybody know a good handyman in NW Calgary?

Hi everybody,

Say, does anyone know of a good handyman in the NW Calgary area?

I realize we all are protective of such a rarity. But I thought I`d ask nonetheless.

What should they charge?

Hi Phil,

I have a neighbor that goes by the name of "Doctor Fix-It". He built the house he lives in (as the project manager for much of it, hands-on for some), and has done some simple plumbing work for us in our home.

I haven`t had the need to use him at any of our properties, and I don`t know what his rates are like or specifically what he`s capable of himself.

I`d be happy to pass his name and number to you if you`re interested.

I`ve had great success with Carla Berezowski`s company, Chronos Home Renos. I`m a Vancouver investor so it is even more imperative for me to find someone I can trust for various types of handyman-type work. Carla is also a Calgary REIN member.
