The general area outlook is promising, just as Don Campbell has mentioned during the meeting. Besides, being #1 spot in B.C. and #4 in Canada is a good reason to look seriously into . Right now, Richmond and Van. West Side has stole the limelight, but wouldn't be too long before Surrey will come along.
