What are peoples thoughts on what will happen in the next Bank of Canada meeting at the end of April. Do you think the overnight rate will drop again?

My money is on "hold"... I think Governor Carney is keen on the quantitative easing approach.

Nevertheless, the prime rate is probably at the lowest point that I`ve ever seen!
