I have been a REIN member for the past 2 years and have purchased 10 properties (working on 11 (yes Don I will send them in

) with great ROIs. I am not disillusioned with past success as this may have been the easiest time in history to make solid returns with real estate but with this success I am moving into a full time focused real estate investment position (i.e. no more salaried job for me

)

Our systems are sophisticated yet simple and allow us to acquire properties that fit a particular investor`s needs. Long term holds with 20% down is the primary strategy but we can also work with low money down scenarios and short term projects.

Over the next several years we plan on purchasing a property a month with proven systems.

I am very excited about the market and thus want to take full advantage by focusing on particular markets and being "the expert"! Now is always the best time to buy real estate but I am especially bullish about the future here in Alberta
