I'm not trying to be a smartass but honestly, there is enough online that there is no need for paying for this sort of thing.

It really is as simple as "Zee, and/or assigns" on a PSA...

It is useful when you have a line of sight on an equity partner but need to tie up the property before presenting it formally. Otherwise, why bother?

I/many of my clients do assignments regularly; wholesalers can turn up some good deals.
There are probably 1000+ books on the subject.
I recommend Barry McGuire's Rapid Cash Program if you get the opportunity to attend one of his events.
