My name is Rachel Craggy and I have begun to seriously invest in properties for almost a year and recently completed my first successful flip.
I am now looking to wholesale as I need to build up more capital. The problem I have is finding people who are looking to buy with a positive cash flow.
I just turned down a property which was ideal to reno and rent because I didn't know who to sell to and I do not want to rent at this time.
Can you help me get started as I am meeting with someone next week and I can still go back purchase this other property if I am confident I have someone to sell to.
