I live in Tri-City area and am a REIN member. Although i am an accountant i do not do accounting for anyone. But i have created excell based system for few properties i own and it works just great. I put in 4-5 figures each month and it gives me whole picture of cash flow for the month.

I understand you invest in Red Deer and so do i. So if you like we can meet for a coffee and exchange the knowledge.
