I recently joined and have been busy reading up on earlier posts. Lots of valuable information on here! I have a few rental properties in my portfolio. It was very lucky to purchase before the boom (2 single family homes in Calgary in 2002 and new midrise condo in Edmonton in 2003). The properties have been great cash flows and are almost paid off now. I've just read Don's book and boy, I wish I read it earlier!



I am looking at purchasing more investment properties in Calgary and Edmonton. Can anyone recommend some good Realtors that specialize in investment properties for Calgary and Edmonton?
