Barrie neighbourhoods

[RCC]

I'm looking to move to Barrie and looking for good neighbourhood for young single professional but wish to avoid the student areas. I like the area where the Nautica building is located but seems too expensive.

Any insights on good areas with similar demographics of young professionals will be appreciated.
