Hello, I`m fairly new to this real estate/landlord business and currently considering a tenant that used to live in the house next door that all the neighbors love, that likes to do handy man work and I would consider a equity building tenant.
However, he is on long term disability and the government pays his rent. I’m wondering if there is any restriction or rent control enforced in these situations. Further can the government be a pain to deal with in these situations for rent payments.
Any knowledge would be appreciated.
