Bought my 3rd Property!!!

Just closed the deal on my 3rd property!

Super excited about it, had a multiple offer situation, and they chose ours and agreed to it exactly as it was written with no counters, setting the property up perfectly for me! Its move in ready, and will very conservatively cash flow over 550/month!



Pretty exciting considering I am only 25, and my wife is 24! We also just had our first child, a baby girl born Jan 31st!

Great achievement! Congratulations! Your future looks very bright as you are still very young. Out of curiosity, where did you purchase the properties and what kind (condo, townhouse, house, etc)?

The first one was a suited house in Red Deer I bought with a friend when we were 21. Then I moved to Calgary, bought a townhouse here, now I have bought the third in Red Deer again. Already looking into a fourth in Red Deer as well as I have now lined up a JV investor!



The difference between "trying" and "doing" is amazing....
