Don't get too excited - foreclosures are not what they once were - tougher lending rules and rising home values are keeping the banks away - most foreclosures in Calgary today are listed by the Court of Kings Bench which means the owners have lots of equity the courts/judges are trying to keep for the owners, not give it to you greedy
real estate investors.. but check out the website, you might spot a bargain that no one else sees or one that everybody sees but you are quicker to the buy button...
