Calgary Foundation Repair Required

I am looking for someone to excavate around a foundation, install weeping tile (if not there all ready), repair and seal the existing foundation.

We have discovered that the property we bought in February has an addition with that looks like the foundation is pressure treated wood with a concrete floor. There is seepage between the two (and has been for a number of years).

I have an estimate of $11,180 to fix this but I think this is way too much for the work involved. I am having trouble finding someone to at least quote the work.

I would really appreciate it if anyone knows of a Calgary contractor that may be able to help. We will be able to fix the drywall ourselves later.
